Welcome to Melange the new Restaurant & Cocktail bar…

This exciting new concept modern Restaurant, opened its doors only weeks ago & now is the NEW place to be in Bournemouth…

The all new Melange Restaurant is sited in the heart of Bournemouth on Exeter Road. Boasting a large spacious restaurant area - seating up to 70 covers.

Outside we have a beautiful terrace for you to enjoy a meal or just some drinks with freinds. We offer waitress service so you can just sit back & watch the world go by.

Our Lounge is large and spacious and we have private foil screened areas where you can chat while remaining anonymous and take advantage of our excellent selection of fine wines and cocktails, from some of the best cocktail bar staff in Bournemouth.

Our Michelin star chef Daniel Foy, has created a mouth watering menu, using all local produce & all our dishes are freshly prepared for your complete satisfaction.
